Whether you run a small computer shop or manage an IT

these units are written off and scrapped because of
the astronomic repair fees charged by some monitor repair
centres. Often charging £70+ for a 17" monitor
with a "'diagnostic fee" of £30 if they
can't fix it!

don't believe this is fair. At RSH we operate a 'no
fix - no fee' policy which means if we can't repair
the unit for any reason we won't charge you* Check out
our prices on the right we are confident that you'll
find them the lowest around!
We
have many years experience in fault finding and repair
of CRT based monitors and have a 90% success rate.
Our
prices are fixed*, so you know what you're going to
pay from the outset and most repairs are completed within
10 working days, so you won't be waiting around. We
can also offer a loan unit if you're really stuck.

Excludes postage charges. Line transformer failures
are subject to additional £25, in this instance
you will not be charged if you do not wish to have the
repair made . However we reserve the right to retain
the monitor to defray costs.
